We believe in three basic principles:

1. Coaching is always your choice. As your coach, I may suggest how long you may want to take advantage of our coaching services; the choice to continue is ultimately up to you. Let’s keep coaching as long as it is fun for both of us and is working for you! I would like to coach with you for at least 3-4 months to give you time to obtain specific goals and feel a sense of momentum. If at any time this is not working for you please let me know. We can change things so they are working for you or take a break.

2. No Payment, No Coaching. Since we have agreed on services to be applied and payment to be given by a certain date, if payment is not given we must stop. We will not continue coaching until payment is received. For this reason we require you to give us your credit card number from the beginning. If you miss a payment by check, we will run the credit card on a set date of the month. To prevent this, call ahead and make arrangements.
3. No Contract. We don’t require a written contract and feel it does not add value to your experience. Only our coaching can accomplish this. We believe that our coaching relationship alone will create an atmosphere of action and achievement of your objectives.

Three Things Necessary for a productive framework:

• Established payment plan (monthly date set for when payment is due) you chose.

• Establish a time frame for the coaching with which you feel comfortable yet challenged.

• Establish that you are solely responsible for the results of the actions you take at any time.
