Custom On-Site Coaching

Custom On-Site Coaching meets a specific need of your particular context. The process takes a little longer to create. You give us the specifics of your desired outcomes to your on-site coaching, complete a survey of questions designed to help us understand your staff and situation, and we will work to build a coaching program around your needs. This will usually be accomplished in a one or two day Coaching Event with 10 or more participants. We have a fixed fee for the survey, Coaching Event fee and a per person participant fee. Send us an email of your specific goals for your Custom On-Site Coaching Event. Tell us the timeline, when you wish to have the coaching event, how many will be participating and your specific goals for the event. Why conference calls? If you have been a part of a business that has multiple sites, you know the value of conferencing on the telephone as apposed to having all your staff travel to a central location you might have to rent. The expense is huge for those kinds of events, costing a business hours of time spent on the road, accommodations, lost sales, and not to mention, momentum. So when a business owner considers the cost of training, coaching and changing the environment, it's got to translate into profits down the road to offset the cost on the bottom line.

the Conference call will be rescheduled or cancelled. Prices below reflect single session events and

are not part of the 28 day coaching programs.
