Establish the groundwork for your coaching experience in all three phases of your ministry launch.

Pray for the work to be shared and your vision to spread into your community of churches. Share this information with at least five sister churches and encourage them to attend the seminars to help alleviate your church's costs, and to see the connection of Christ's Church at work. Invite them to join you in this endeavor of building excellent worship and ministry for the 21st century.
Seven...
Pray for God's provision for the work. You aren't expected to make bricks without straw, so get the best equipment for your setting. Acquire reliable equipment (sound boards, computers, projection equipment), software and music licenses, buildings, staff and all other resources for your contemporary worship setting. We will guide you in this process. Build your worship teams. Remember each team needs to include the seed of small group ministry DNA for multiplying, even for praise and worship! Who knows when God will call you to plant a whole new congregation after this one in the next 18 months to three years?

Pray for discernment of where in your community God is leading you... It's time to consider how you will invite, how you will touch lives, how you will care for the masses as they enter into worship with you on the day of launch. We guide you in methods, God guides you in spiritual connection. Only you can discover the way that God works best with you and your team. One church we helped accomplished a launch and is thriving without a single newspaper ad... merely by word of mouth and street signs! We will help you find the best method while God is preparing hearts to receive your ministry.

Pray that God will lead you to a symbol of your special care, worship setting, and need meeting ministries. This goes beyond a denominational symbol to what symbolizes your congregation's specific gifts for building the church, caring for people and worshiping God. This includes styles in worship, kinds of small group ministry, gifts for healing... etc. This symbol is your special "branding" of who you are in the Body of Christ. Use this symbol on all your signs and literature you are developing.

Pray that God will lead you in your auditions and rehearsals for musicians, vocalists, speakers, teachers, song choices, beat and pace of the worship flow. We help you discover your unique gifts in contemporary worship style. Now is the time to discover what your best high energy worship songs will be, what brings your praise team into fellowship before the Lord, and what sends your team out on an upbeat.

Pray that God will give you good discernment in how to bridge the gap between people who are timid, estranged from "church", have their guard up, to helping them relax, open their hearts and find a home in your contemporary worship. Consider how you will help "them" become "us". Build your hospitality plan and discover through your visits with other contemporary worship sites how to touch people seven times between your parking lot and your worship center. Here is where we need to set the foundation for building care group ministry to connect with people where they live and where they need to grow.

Pray that God will give you holy boldness as you approach your launch date. Plan a "dry run" include and invite surrounding churches to attend to give your praise team and drama group real time in their own contemporary worship event in a new congregational setting.

Pray that God will help you "walk the plan" to discover where there are holes, dead spots in the worship service or ministry that you can bridge with purposeful chord changes, inventive conversation, interactive worship ideas. We help you make those vital reassessments to help you achieve a strong sense of spiritual readiness to lift up God in excellent praise.

Pray that God will help you in your prayer vigil the eve of your ministry launch. Ask God to show you what His intentions are for you in ministering before Him in the days ahead.
