Welcome to the Bright Star Life Coaching Services Site.
Bright Star Life Coaching Services was founded in the spring of 2003 and has been growing steadily, adding new options including Christian Service programs. After discussion with several coaches across the nation and with church leaders, Bright Star has developed a coaching program for individuals and groups connected with Christian Service. Philippians 2:15b-16a "...shine like the stars in the universe as you hold out the word of life..." (NIV) Dominant life values are the internal engine of what drive us to our life aims. They act as motivational power to give us forward momentum. Coaching helps you direct that energy and bring your mind under the control of your own destiny of who you are and your personal purpose in life. The Apostle Paul said, "do not conform any longer to the ways of the world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." (Ro 12:2 NIV) The following is a brief summary of how we have discovered from modern psychology and the writings of Paul what process will give the maximum lasting benefit in personal renewal and transformation. Our Process: Beginning with the basics, Bright Star Life Coaching services will help you build a dynamic cognitive construct to help you determine your "ecology of energy" as you go through your day. We help you gain early yet lasting success for maximum achievement. You will discover the four laws of Dynamic Metaphostics (powerful transformational light) and learn how to use these laws to adjust your behaviors to gain success. We teach you how to use these four laws to your advantage using... four steps: 1. MOTIVATE: from dominant life values and outcomes 2. RE-ALIGN: undo false Beliefs and Identity issues 3. INTENSIFY: Connecting with Positive States 4. FOCUS: Time, Energy, Direction Each step incorporates a personal evaluation and assessment process that allows you to uncover what specific techniques and behaviors need to be adjusted to experience a life change and life balance. Your Internal Compass
Consider your Dominant Life Values. What lights up your Dominant Life Values? If I asked you what specifically lights up your value of family you would have an answer. If I asked you the same about any other dominant life value, you could probably tell me that as well. These things draw you to the center and give you energy.
We each have a good level of personal intuition about good motivation. You know what it is about each dominant life value that is pulling you out of balance and areas you want and need a change but haven't discovered how quite yet. When would now be a good time to find balance, peace, happiness?
